WHAT YOU’LL DO
To lead the coordination of all BCG employee benefits for the Brussels office and support with HR administration processes and projects. This will include liaison with staff and suppliers about benefit provisions and supporting the Brussels HR team. The Benefits and HR Coordinator will be responsible for running the day to day benefit activities and take the lead in managing benefits suppliers with local providers.
YOU WILL
- Deal with employee queries regarding benefits and respond to requests from benefits providers/brokers
- Maintain relationships with benefit providers/brokers working with the Benefits Manager
- Responsible for running drop-in induction sessions for new joiners and run presentations where appropriate for benefits/HR
- Project management of annual benefit upgrades and renewal of benefit schemes working with the Benefits Manager
- Actively engage employees to drive uptake of benefits and regularly produce clear communications to be sent to employees to help people understand their benefits
- Link with global/regional benefits teams at BCG where appropriate
- Provision of data to suppliers and finance team to ensure correct processing through payroll systems
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislations
- Work with the Finance and Tax team to ensure that all benefit provision has correct tax treatment and that we are up to date with all relevant changes in legislation (e.g., pensions)
- Review the performance of suppliers and coordinating regular tendering processes with the Benefits Manager
- Manage monthly reconciliation of HR and finance systems
- Review and enhance the benefits provision for Brussels working closely with the LAB Benefits Manager and wider LAB team
- Take an active role in ensuring the online benefits platform implementation runs smoothly for all employees in Brussels and lead the day to running of the platform once live
- Partner with the LAB General HR team as a key member of the LAB Wellbeing team and help support and organise wellbeing activities and events in Brussels and across LAB
- Support the Brussels HR team with monthly administration processes and support on HR projects
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Proven interest in HR, benefits & wellbeing
- Good understanding of Finance HR processes (experience with working with payroll/accounts)
- Team player
- Problem solver
- Previous experience of vendor management and project management
- Discrete and confidential
- Accurate – very strong attention to detail
- Resilient in dealing with routine tasks
- Very strong communication skills – ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Ability to summarize data in appropriate format
- Proactive – ability to manage own workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Minimum 3 years of Benefits & HR experience
- Previous experience of working with a third-party provider benefits platform
- Bachelor or university degree
- Numerate
- Confident in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous benefits experience in Belgium

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The role will be based in Brussels. You will be working with a LAB team so some travel will be required on occasions to London and Amsterdam.
