The job

  • Focus on data management to ensure data quality and to report & translate existing data into valuable business insights.
  • Ensure daily data quality control and consistency checks in our databases and data flows.
  • Analyse and provide reports on the available data to support the different decision-making processes.
  • Follow up on data related requests (problems, issues or improvements) to ensure a fast, efficient, and customer-focused service to your end users.
  • Develop learning material to provide training and personalised advice on the use of our data applications.
  • Proactively think of ways to improve and/or automate data processes & visualization.
  • Participate in data related projects where you actively take the role of data analyst, building the bridge between the business needs and the technical implementation.


You

  • Have a passion for data and data quality.
  • Have a strong customer and result-oriented mindset.
  • Preferably have a first professional experience in a similar role.
  • Are familiar with MS excel, databases and reporting tools, bonus points for the knowledge of Power BI, MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce.
  • Like working at the intersection of technology and business.
  • Are a logical and analytical thinker.
  • Are a team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Are very fluent in English and have an excellent communication style. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus not a must.
  • Can be based in Ghent, Leuven or Brussels but are flexible to join the team in Ghent on a regular basis..
