NTTDATA is looking for a Bid Manager - Local Public Sector to join our growing team in Brussels. You will be responsible for ensuring the production and delivery of the most competitive offer. We are looking for an experienced professional with public sector business view.

YOUR ROLE:
Monitoring of the forthcoming tenders and business opportunities

Bringing structure, clarity and governance to the bidding mangement process:

Planning of tasks and resources
Monitoring progress of active tenders
Making sure all necessary resources are booked and mobilised
Preparing and participating in internal milestones and meetings

Ensure all documents for the preparation on the procurement process are on-time:

Drafting and validation of technical parts of the proposal
Ensuring technical responses are compliant with customers’ requirements, quotations are accurate and complete
Assess and address the technical and commercial risks and opportunities of the tender.
Ensure that financial standard rules are followed
Obtain validation of all departments in connection with the offer
