Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

  • Develop brand strategy, drive marketing mix and implement operational plans on time to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans
  • Innovate lifecycle strategies (LCS) and key tactics to generate incremental revenues and profits
  • Responsible for all commercial inputs during development (from Phase III through launch) and for pre-launch preparation for assigned brands
  • Lead development of commercial deliverables to shape the brand and the market, and prepares Sandoz to ensure a successful launch and maximize product sales potential
  • Ensure the alignment of Market Access strategic and operational plans with product plan.
  • Identify potential in-/out-licensing opportunities, including co-marketing and co-promotion
  • Generate stakeholder advocacy plans to prepare market for new products/indications. Identifies potential Consultants for new launches or new TAs
  • Responsible for 30% time in Field and managing key HCPs personally to gather insights. Develops and leverages relationships with key customers.
  • Act with optimal sense of urgency & accountability to market developments, opportunities and challenges
  • Identify and develops synergies across marketing mix and between brands.
  • Drive innovative marketing best practices across the organization.
  • Monitor and controls brand budgets and forecasts, and assesses the marketing mix of assigned brand(s) to evaluate cost effectiveness and results
  • Identify trends, opportunities and threats ( key local markets) and propose corresponding measures
  • Coordinate the communication of product-related information across the organization
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts, monitors forecasts closely as per brands performance
  • Lead the development of all activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
  • KPI’s include:
    • Quality of deliverables, product development, launch process and post-marketing surveillance
    • Brand sales and market share
    • Budget management (A&P)
    • Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements
Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing
  • Languages: French and English
  • Experience: Marketing role in Pharma sector (Ox or Gx)
  • Drive for results.
  • Learning on the fly : learns quickly when facing new problems, open to change, analyses both success and failure for clues to improvements.
  • Can Do Mentality/ Perseverance: has courage to challenge status quo and will try anything to find a solution/ improvement.
