???? Nexeo is currently looking Business Analyst (Freelance or Employed) for one of the leading Bank/Insurancein Belgium.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.

Duration: 31/12/2024 (extansion is possible) (full time)

???? Description :

As a business analyst, you are responsible for the documentation of all defined features.

In collaboration with the Business teams you will define the detailed Business requirements for the development of operational process (P&C Corporate).

You will be responsible for the interaction with IT team and will develop the test plan and the tests scenario’s and acceptancy level in an agile environment, based on the existing methodology and way of working.

For this mission, a knowledge of Project Management is a plus, as the candidate will be required to support the PM of the project.

Competencies required:

- Agile

- Transformation environment

- Strong communication & documentation (analytical) skills

- Experience in testing

- Competencies in knowledge sharing

- French/Dutch/English

- Experience in P&C Corp insurance (MUST)"
