Your challenge

You will work in the Zaventem, Gentor Antwerpen, in close collaboration with the Business (sales) manager and the Business Unit Leader. Team results are more important than individual targets.

As Business Consultant you will have 3 focus area:You support the Communication focus within the Business Unit. You are in charge of our branding and marketing plan to put Tri-ICT more on the radar both towards the outside but also towards the inside (TriFinance and it’s multiple units). And keep our consultants and freelancers up to date on various important communication related details.

Together with the Business Manager, you work on the open consultancy assignments. The Business Manager focuses on the commercial part, you on the candidate part. Of course, you have client contacts on a regular basis for follow-up, meetings,...

As an IT recruiter, for Recruitment and Selection assignments, you will perform the candidate search , the screening of competences, you will conduct the interviews , write the reports and assure the adequate follow-up of the whole recruitment process.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or Human Sciences
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• You have several years of experience inIT Recruitment
• You are client oriented and interested in meeting people
• You are result driven
• You are pro-active and hands-on
• You have strong communication skills, are a real teamplayer, are comfortable to be a strong individual
