Business Controller (East Flandres, Belgium)

We’re looking for a proactive Business Controller to help shape our financial processes in Ghent Region (Belgium).

You’ll join a dynamic and evolving team where you can make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Manage budgets – Prepare, track, and report on finances.
Support financial planning – Help shape the multi-year budget and ensure accurate forecasts.
Work with SAP – Manage budget data and assist in transitioning to a new SAP system (2025).
Create financial reports – Provide insights into costs, projects, and investments.
Advise teams – Support product and account managers with financial analysis and business cases.
Improve processes – Help optimize financial reporting and budgeting.

What We’re Looking For:

5–10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar role.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Excel expert (Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Great communicator (Fluent Dutch) – You can explain financials in a clear way.
Independent & proactive – You take initiative and get things done.
