Your future field of activity
The job includes the following exciting activities:

• In this newly created role, you will act as an internal contact person and interface for all involved parties (Finance, Logistic, Sales, Marketing, etc.) throughout the company regarding the ERP.
• You ensure that the needs of the users are optimally reflected in the ERP and that future requirements are identified as early as possible.
• You continuously analyse and optimize the business process landscape and initialize improvement steps in automation and digitalization.
• You support the daily business operationally on a database level by direct database queries etc.
• You train users in the use of the system and thus ensure a high level of knowledge.

The requirements addressed to you
To be successful in this role, you will meet the following requirements:

• You are a business IT specialist and have several years of experience in supporting ERP/WMS solutions - ideally in technical wholesale.
• You have profound knowledge of database systems / SQL queries and interfaces.
• You are used to analysing complex initial situations and developing possible solution options in order to further optimize the system and business processes.
• You have a very good understanding of databases and are used to work with SQL queries, etc.
• You are used to and enjoy working closely with internal users, customers and software suppliers on a wide range of topics.
• You like to give user trainings and the daily operational support is an exciting change for you.
• You work in an extremely structured, precise and reliable manner and you communicate accordingly with stakeholders.
• The job requires very good written and spoken English skills.

Relevant Skills: ERP, WMS, supply chain, ERP support, business support, customer support, SOG, Vacos, data analysis, ad hoc reporting, SQL, business analysis, requirement engineering, training, education.

Start: by agreement

Salary: in the line with the market
Place of work: Hamburg, Brussels or on the axis in between / home office
