Our client, a leading company in IT, Finance & Life Science solutions, is actively looking for a Business Unit Manager to reinforce its team and extend its business

Your Tasks
  • You will maintain and develop good relations with existing clients
  • You bring new ideas and strategies to facilitate the prospection of new clients
  • You make sure that the company is on track to meet its financial goals
  • You develop and implement budgets and ensure the department complies with company policies
  • You collaborate with other department and extend your network with interactions, events and visits
  • You motivate your team through incentives and positive feedback
Your Profile
  • You speak fluently Dutch and French, English is a plus
  • A previous experience in a similar function is an asset
  • You are sales and result driven
  • You are motivated and flexible
  • You possess strong organizational, communication and listening skill
