You’re business fluent in English. This is a very hands-on position, but we highly value creativity, a mind that’s eager to learn, and a drive for continuous improvement.
In short: people love working with you and for you. In this position you will report to the Floor Manager(s), and your key roles & responsibilities are:

1. Organising the restaurant, setting up tables for our guests
2. Guide the guest to their table and make them feel welcome
3. Take orders and serve our guest with a smile, explain the concept and menu
4. Coach, lead en train the runners to provide an excellent service
5. Make sure the communication with the kitchen is running smooth
6. Promote and grow the business through, cross- & up-selling
7. Assist in managing HACCP and HSE procedures, related checklists and wastage control
8. You work mostly evening shifts, occasionally you assist in lunch service
