We are a Clinical Research Organisation with different offices in different European countries, as well as in Asia. We are looking for a full-time CRA for our scientific and medical projects (permanent employment) in our Belgian office (Belsele).

Responsibilities

* Preparing, tracking, distributing and filing essential clinical trail documents and maintaining the eTMF

* Having contact with study sites and arranging meetings with investigators

* Performing site visits (Site Selection Visit, Site Initiation Visit, Monitoring Visit, Close Out Visit, etc.)

* During the study, preparing study related reports and monitoring the eCRF (or other study related monitoring system)

* Archiving documents in an orderly manner

Requirements

* Minimal 1.5 years of experience in clinical research and knowledge of human diseases

* Master’s degree, in a scientific discipline or health care

* English-speaking is required

* Dutch-speaking is a plus

* Speaking French, German or other languages is an asset

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate and handle multiple priorities within a matrix environment. Perform activities in a timely and accurate manner

* Having attention to detail

* Being proactive

* Good communication skills

* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
