Within the GSK consumer healthcare group in BeLux, we are looking for a commercial assitance. This team is driving the GSK OTC and oral care portfolio on brands such as Sensodyne, Parodontax, Voltaren, Otrivine and Corega in the Belgian market.

As a Commercial Assistant you support the general management and the senior commercial team. You supervise the smooth running of daily tasks of the team. Support through a mix of administrative tasks, team planning and events, as well as specific business projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Daily support of administrative & operational tasks (postal work, archiving, onboarding, …)
  • Organization commercial calendar and meeting rhythm
  • Leading internal communication
  • Project management (Sharedrive, wellbeing, …)
  • Support senior commercial leadership
  • Support CERPS tasks (DCF, PO creation, …)
  • Organize events
Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree
  • You are Trilingual: Dutch, French, English
  • You have 2-5 years experience in similar role (Commercial assistant, Communication, support function)
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

  • You have the ability to analyze data and solve problems
  • You have project management skills
  • You have experience in working in a cross functional team
  • You have strong communication skills , as well as an ands-on mentality
  • You are solution oriented rather than process thinking
  • You are a top notch user of MS Office: Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams
  • You have strong organizational skills
