Our anode battery business is growing fast, and we’re looking for a visionary Commercial Directorto lead the charge.

This is your opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a pioneering Si/C anode materials project, drive high-impact customer partnerships, and help scale our solutions globally. Your Mission

As Commercial Director, You Will

  • Lead and grow our global sales organization
  • Close strategic, high-value supply agreements with top-tier customers
  • Define pricing and sales strategies aligned with our production roadmap
  • Benchmark market trends and competition to guide portfolio decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and marketing teams
  • Build and manage sales tools and reporting systems
  • Drive customer engagement from pre-sales to post-sales fulfillment
  • Build a high-performing team to execute long-term supply agreements
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership
What You Bring

  • 15+ years of commercial experience in EV, battery cell manufacturing, or battery materials
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics or Business; executive education in sales/strategy is a plus
  • Cultural affinity and awareness
  • Fluent in English; Korean and Japanese are strong assets
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with battery cell makers and OEMs
  • Deep understanding of battery systems (liquid and solid-state)
  • Experience in leading senior managers in multicultural, international environments
  • Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit
  • Proven network with c-level of battery cell makers and OEM’s
