Job Purpose and Impact
Cargill Food Ingredients and Bioindustrial (FIBI) is one of Cargill’s key businesses serving food and beverage manufacturers, foodservice companies and retailers with food ingredients as well as food and non-food applications. FIBI has ambitious growth goals that will require strong Go-To-Market Team enabled by effective Sales Enablement team. The Commercial Intelligence Senior Analyst is a member of EMEA Commercial Excellence (CE) organization and plays a critical role in Sales Enablement team as it is responsible for commercial data reporting, data compilation and customer performance analyses.. In this role, you will partner with Commercial Excellence Leaders and cross-product group and cross-function stakeholders to perform insightful analyses that will inform decisions needed to drive business growth. You will drive efforts that help our organization to maximize the value from the data and technologies available and utilize various performance measurement frameworks and metrics to visualize performance as well as define opportunities for increased business growth.

Key Accountabilities
·Develop and maintain user-friendly visualizations and customer performance analytical solutions, using advanced techniques while adhering to design standards for defined audiences and usage.
·Partner with CE leadership and the sales team to identify and manage the core set of metrics needed to measure sales performance Gather, review and manage requirements for sales performance metrics production with focus on designing solutions to streamline, simplify and automate, where possible
·Use customer performance analytics to proactively identify performance improvement opportunities and propose improvement projects and initiatives
·Deliver complex data in new and useful ways that ensures confidence in decision making, answer complex questions and is appealing to users.
·Coordinate and optimize the inventory of reports and dashboards used to measure performance.
·Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
·Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise with spreadsheet application and programming within those applications.
• Design and development experience with applications and reporting tools: Tableau, Excel skills, Power BI.
• Experience in extracting data from relational database engines and other applications.
• Experience with web and scripting tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Enterprise resource planning experience with expertise in process areas and medium to high rigor projects.
• Experience providing breakthrough insights on business process improvement resulting in quantifiable process improvement and financial benefit to the organization.
