About The Job
  • You will be responsible for performing search and follow-up of issued regulations, assess these, tracking administration and distribution to stakeholders, defining next steps in order to ensure compliance within all airline departments
  • Together with the Quality/Compliance Manager and the Quality Programme Manager, you will be responsible for compliance checking, monitoring the approval processes of new manuals or documents, both internally and externally, and for manual and document administration and tracking in the follow-up system
  • You will be responsible for searching and identifying links between the different manuals and, in case of changing regulations, ensure consistency in the documentation. You will keep the Masterlist and Compliance Checklists up to date, and in accordance with the revised/ amended regulations
  • You will track statistics on document processing and report these to Management
  • Together with the CAMO Safety Manager, you will interrogate the CAMO Safety database, and follow up on the status. You will provide admin support in Safety Investigations, Risk Assessments, SPI tracking, trending and visualizing
  • Like all other QSSE colleagues, you also bear responsibility for any related work to continuously improve the quality and safety standards of the QSSE department such as; investigate, follow-up and giving feedback on crew reports, incidents and non-compliances

About You
  • Bachelor degree and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an equivalent role
  • Knowledge of good documentation practices and international and national aviation regulation and legislation (E.g. EASA)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Infopath, and Adobe Photoshop and FrameMaker is a plus
  • Experience in document management systems and in CAMO environment is a plus
  • Problem solving mind-set and ablility to set priorities
  • Structured, take initiatives and like project management
  • You like working in an international, changing environment
  • Excellent written and oral skills in Dutch and English
