  • Introduction:

  • The role:
Regarding the position, you will play a crucial role in the development of Automotive E/E Systems as your focus will be on Smart Actuators and ECUs. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serve as the primary technical interface to the supplier for assigned components
  • Lead a cross-functional team of four, including members from Purchasing, Quality, and PD&I.
  • Responsible for specification acceptance, risk management, and project planning.
  • Conducting reviews on the deliverables of the development partner.
  • Engage in electronics design, mechanical integration (in collaboration with a mechanical engineer), motor design and control, hardware and software integration; and reliability analyses (FTA, FMEA, FMEDA).
  • Perform design calculations and simulations.
  • Overseeing verification and validation test reports.
  • Performing audits on selected suppliers.
  • Manage PPAP validation and part release (PSW).
  • Investigating and resolve issues related to electronics design, manufacturing process, and material and providing effective solutions.
  • Requirements:
We are not looking for the candidate that ticks all the boxes, but if you find yourself in the following sentences then we would be glad to have a chat with you!
  • Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of electronics development from concept phase to series production.
  • Experience with electronics circuit debugging, finding issues, performing root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience using test & measurement equipment for circuit measurements, soldering, and operating electronics test systems.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronics verification, environmental testing (ISO 16750), burn-in tests, reliability tests is a plus.Strong communication skills and good knowledge of English.
  • Independent, perseverant, and systematic worker with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
