Continuous Improvement Leader

The purpose of this role is to drive the GPS (GSK Production system) acceleration across centre functions and manufacturing network, creating new best-known methods for GPS, and coaching senior leaders and all direct reports to realise culture change via GPS. Leading the strategy deployment efforts across the network, cascading strategic imperatives and Hoshin methodology to align Vaccines with business priorities.

In this role you will…

• Create new and innovative best-known methods for GPS.

• Deploy best known improvement methods across the global GSK Vaccines network.

• Providing coaching to senior leaders to enable leaders as coaches cultural change.

• Develop and deliver leader standard work programmes for Vaccines leadership.

• Develop a roadmap for GPS in global support functions.

• Provide Hoshin process development and deployment.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in either Science, Engineering or technical discipline.

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.

• Excellent interpersonal skills – an innate ability to coach and influence senior leaders.

• Well-developed communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for broad communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters or Advanced Degree is preferred.

• Master Black belt or Lean Master qualification.
