Fonction

Roles and responsibilities:

• Involved in the development strategy, target setting and SLA/development plan in terms of operational efficiency;
• Maintains and improves the system for generating and implementing ideas and involving authors include motivation system;
• Develops NPS tools and LSW practices implementation plans with managers and lead/support to implement on time;
• Develops existing and deploys new tools including the development of a methodology and implementation approach;
• Participates in content development and provides training for plant employees (OE/NPS tools/LSW/ LSS);
• Create LBHE projects to fill the OE program, is involved in investment assessment of projects;
• Conducts regular assessments of NPS practices, as well as formulating the methodological and normative bases;
• Leads in training, development and coaching of NPS coordinators;
• Analyses production indicators and conducts observations and experiments to identify bottlenecks and losses to develop improvement projects;
• Leads in A-3 and LSS projects, implements the LSS programme, supports and coaches green belts;
• Develops and implements LSW tools

Profil

Profile :

• You have from 5 years’ experience: Production/Technology/Maintenance or Management consulting - ideally is from the steel industry or large production facilities
• You have experience in Continuous improvement/Operational efficiency/Lean Six Sigma and in managing and engaging in projects (organisational, improvement projects, CAPEX)
• You understand the basics of production organization, planning and repairs;
• You have the ability to understand new processes, technologies and systems quickly;
• You have strong skills in calculating and analysing technological parameters and technical effects;
• You have the ability to analyse information and structure it into forms necessary for decision-making;
• You have basic knowledge of finance (top-level evaluation of investment projects and the link between technical and economic effects);
• You have strong Excel skills and strong skills of presentations preparation in Power Point (or analogs);
• You have knowledge of basic Lean tools and understanding of losses, ability to find bottlenecks and develop potential solutions for improvements;
• You have basic presentation skills and preparation skills (developing materials, agenda, identifying participants, etc.) to lead meetings effectively;
• You have skills in training workers and managers;
• You fluently speak French and English
