Corporate Recruiter

Summary

Guardsquare is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent team in Leuven.

In this role you’ll be responsible for filling our open positions at a variety of levels by steering the entire hiring process; from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan.
• Create job announcements.
• Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
• Interview candidates (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings).
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.
• Collaborate with Marketing and oversee internal and external recruitment communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on LinkedIn and social media).
• Participate in hiring events such as job fairs and network events.
• Manage collaboration with external recruitment agencies.
• Help maintaining recruitment and ATS best practices and optimizing hiring processes.

Profile

• You have a degree in a relevant field (HR, Communications, ...) and/or have equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position, and preferably a first one as an in-house recruiter.
• You have experience with hiring various kinds of profiles in Sales, Marketing, Administration and/or Finance (from Junior to Senior and Management level) and are open to expanding your knowledge to a more technical space.
• A first experience hiring technical professionals such as IT/Computer Engineers is a big asset.
• You have outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Recruitment Software/ATS and job/sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
