Mission
As a Creative Communication Lead at Stanley/Stella, you will lead the Creative Communication team within the Marketing & Communication Department.
Your mission is to craft and implement a 360° creative vision that amplifies Stanley/Stella’s brand values, and highlights our collections to the external world.
You will ensure the creative direction aligns with the brand’s high standards and perfection, delivering visually compelling and impactful messaging across all channels.
With a focus on customer-centricity and diversity, you will bring the Stanley/Stella story to life in collection launches and major commercial events.
This role is based in our headquarter in Brussels.
Main responsibilities
Creative Direction:
- Lead the creative team in defining, implementing, and managing a 360° creative strategy to enhance brand recognition, loyalty, and advocacy across all communication channels.
- Develop creative concepts and deliverables that resonate with diverse target audiences and align with company brand identity and objectives.
- Gather and analyse market feedback to refine the creative and production process, ensuring assets are optimized for the right channels with the right content.
- Oversee creative direction for collection launches, ensuring messaging and visual assets elevate brand presence and create memorable customer experiences.
- Foster innovation within the team, encouraging fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet business goals and exceed brand expectations.
- Translate the communication strategy and key collection messages into engaging tools such as booklets, collection plans, lookbooks, Merch Guides, and compelling storytelling content.
- Foster long-term loyalty and advocacy by creating memorable customer experiences, including showroom activations, that resonate with dealers and partners.
- Guide the development of creative assets for a variety of channels, including web, print, social media, lookbooks, merchandising, and digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, resellers, and decorators to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that resonate globally.
- Integrate innovative digital trends and customer experience concepts into creative deliverables, particularly for dealer showrooms, to elevate brand engagement and drive results.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing creative team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of creative excellence.
- Manage the creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, budget constraints, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, brand, trade marketing, and sales, to ensure creative alignment across all initiatives and campaigns.
- Support team members by offering constructive feedback, creative direction, and mentorship to continuously improve individual and team performance.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of creative strategies and campaigns using data and analytics, adjusting creative approaches as needed to maximize impact.
- Continuously optimize creative workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Implement best practices and new methodologies to keep the creative team ahead of trends and competitors.
Your profile
- Creative Vision and Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for design and creativity, with the ability to lead and inspire a creative team to deliver outstanding work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in communications, marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
- Expertise in leading B2B2C communication strategies and managing creative teams.
- Expertise with premium brands or international corporations is highly desirable
- Outstanding storytelling and visual communication skills to elevate the brand’s voice through compelling design and messaging.
- Commitment to putting customers first, with a focus on inclusivity and diversity in all communications.
- Strong understanding of delivering consistent and impactful messaging across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring a seamless brand presence.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a high-performing team.
- Experienced in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure creative projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and provide creative problem-solving.
- A team player who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and excels under pressure.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
