A great opportunity as Customer Care Representative with with native level in German for the German market has just become available in a company in the fashion sector. This company is in the South of Brussels. You will be the Single point of Contact for B2B customer inquiries of your region and witness a scale-up company who has the entrepreneurial mindset of a start-up.
As Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will follow process from order to cash for your customers to ensure excellent service delivery and follow-up.
- You will prevent problems efficiently and communicate proactively in order to exceed customer expectations and deliver a premium customer care experience.
- You will answer calls professionally to provide information & advice about logistics, products, commercial policy, terms and conditions for existing customers.
- You will manage & resolve complaints quickly from A to Z, in collaboration with several departments to improve customers’ experience.
- You will keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- You will participate to the team growth by taking part to improvement project.
The Ideal Profile of the Customer Care Representative:
- You have 2 to 5 years working experience in a similar position (experience in the textile industry is an asset)
- You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other department such as Sales, Finance and Logistics.
- You are customer-oriented and problem-solving.
- You have a strong team spirit and positive mindset.
