Position
Supporting Customer service & Purchase/Logistics

Customer service Support :
  • Process and follow up incoming orders: handling all the administration until invoicing
  • Check price, product and delivery time
  • Follow-up of deliveries with the customers confirm delivery time.
  • Prepare order confirmation, invoicing and credit notes Sending certificates of analysis to customers.
Purchase/Logistics support :
  • Follow-up the deliveries internally with the purchase department.
  • Collaboration with colleagues at the central warehouse in Rhenen (NL)
  • Daily purchases and follow-up of deliveries at the suppliers: contact with transport companies.
  • Negotiating transport prices and follow-up.
  • Confirm deliveries in the ERP system

Profile
  • Bachelor degree with already some relevant experience in a customer service
  • Able to work independently and accurately. Being able to handle priorities.
  • You are a good team worker.
  • You have a commercial attitude: you maintain a close relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
  • You have knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
