Your new role
As a customer service administrator you provide administrative support within the EMEA Customer services and department for all products. Besides that, you will generate and analyse reports of the daily operations. Therefore, you will be responsible for all elements related to quality (position, following processes, procedures…). You will be in be in charge for the timely and accurate updating of customer communication details into CRM. You are responsible for managing customer relationships proactively and resolving issues through mail/ phone for internal and external customers. Finally you’ll be ensuring the customer information on Oracleand other similar linked databases within the department are maintained in good order and especially accurate.

Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in Germanand Englishas your focus will be on the Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Knowledge of any other language is a plus. Furthermore, you have a first working experience as customer service administrator in an B2B environment. You also are assertive and you can think in a logical and analytic approach. Preferably you also have excellent IT skillset.

The terms of employment
