For our client, a global leader in the chemical industry in Zaventem, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Are you client-oriented and interested to develop your communications skills in an international environment? Are you fluent in English and German? Find out more about your next challenge below.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Act as prime contact person for the customer portfolio of your business and region
  • Provide maximum customer satisfaction by efficiently managing your B2C and B2B clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of the correct product to your customers, manage back order situations and propose alternative solutions where possible
  • Manage (receive, register, follow-up and report) all complaints received from the customer and ensure a professional and pro-active feedback
  • Manage all internal customer service-related processes in close cooperation with your colleagues in Sales, Technical Services, Logistics, Marketing and Credit & Control
  • Report to the Customer Service Manager of your region

Profile of ideal Customer Service Representative:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service position in an international environment
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Experience in SAP is a must
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS office
  • You are hands-on, dynamic, proactive and autonomous
