UPM Specialty Papers is looking for a Customer Service Specialistto join our team in Antwerp starting as soon as possible.

UPM Specialty Papers serves growing global markets with label papers and release liners, office papers in Asia and flexible packaging in Europe. With extensive distribution network and strong brands, UPM Specialty Papers is the market leader in labeling materials globally and in office paper in Asia Pacific region.

What you’ll do

• Comprehensive service for customers (deals, orders, inventories, inquiries)
• Collection and distribution of market, product and customer information
• Management of order processing, follow up of customer order inflow, allocations, forecast process
• Follow-up of invoicing
• Handling of claims
• Acting in internal sales role when appropriate
• Performing other tasks assigned by the manager, which fit to the current professional position
  

Who you are

• You have professional education in a relevant field
• You have 1- 3 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
• You have excellent communication and selling skills
• You are fluent in Polish and English- Other languages such as German are a strong asset
• You have proactive customer service orientation
• You enjoy working both independently and as a part of a team
• You are accurate and have attention to details and are able to work effectively even under pressure
• SAP knowledge base would be an asset

The position holder reports to the Customer Service Manager.
