Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • A university degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT) content and 2 years of specific experience;
  • Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency; that is, at least 8 years extensive and progressive expertise in the duties related to the function of the post;
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator.
Desirable:
  • In-depth knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Duties/role:
  • Deploying, installing, and configuring Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket according to best practices and following NATO security policy and directives;
  • Implementing necessary plugins, add-ons, and integrations to enhance functionality and meet business requirements;
  • Performing routine system administration tasks including user management, access control, and permissions configuration, using NCSC processes and NCSC IT Service Management Tool.
