As a Cyber Security Incident Lead, You Will

• Lead Enterprise-wide Cyber Security Incident Response focusing on coordination, procedural, technical, risk management, and communications aspects.
• Lead Enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management, including reviewing new vulnerabilities, identifying vulnerable assets, assessing exploitability, operational and business impact, mitigation options, and tracking remediation actions.
• Lead the execution of Enterprise-wide Defence Cyber Operations to preserve freedom of action in cyberspace.
• Transform cyber strategic objectives into execution plans, including translating strategic/operational objectives into technical execution, leading, tracking, correcting, and reporting on execution status.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team in high-pressure situations to achieve objectives.
• Create and maintain a network of cyber security personnel to facilitate communication and coordination of urgent actions when needed.
• Redact, review, and prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations on Cyber Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Defensive Cyber Operations to executive-level staff and Security Authorities.
• Deliver quality briefings adapted to various audiences on Cyber Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Defensive Cyber Operations.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• A university degree in a technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT) content and at least 8 years of specific experience, or at least 15 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
• At least 8 years of demonstrable experience in handling complex Cyber Security Incidents, ideally in an international, governmental, or military environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of Computer and Communication Security principles, networking, and vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications.
• Excellent communication skills and reporting experience with the ability to communicate with senior executives, middle management, and both technical and non-technical audiences.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in leading teams to success in adverse conditions.
• In-depth knowledge in the management of Vulnerabilities and Cyber Security protective measures.
• Professional certification in Cyber Security Incident Handling.
• Professional certification in IT Service Management.
