Role: Delivery Leader

Duration: 15 month

Location: 9000 Gent, Belgium

Description

My Key Responsibilities

Cooperate with IT stakeholders, Group IT functions and partners to secure efficient run-time for assigned local/regional /global solutions/services

Responsible for sharing information and activities, which could impact IT deliveries or services, with relevant stakeholders

Ensure communication / collection / sharing relevant information with stakeholders, team members, and partners in a systematic way

Responsible for securing IT delivery in line with decided directives and frameworks

Cooperate with DM or Onsite Manager to secure capacity planning for delivery and to prepare and follow-up IT budget for assigned solutions

Deliver IT related estimations for one-time activities

Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable

Increase quality and efficiency in delivery by continuous improvements

Lead in delivering the identified solution

Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.

Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications and business partner quality requirements and ensuring the usage of standards, tools and platforms

Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.
