DevOps Consultant - Cloud Solutions Architecture

Your main duties will be:

• Implement and monitor an AWS/Azure infrastructure
• Implement management and security solutions in AWS/Azure
• Implement solutions for AWS/Azure
• Implement and manage data platforms
• Design AWS/Azure monitoring
• Design AWS/Azure identity and security
• Design AWS/Azure data storage
• Design AWS/Azure business continuity
• Design AWS/Azure infrastructure

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you have

Above the generic knowledge and skills linked to the profile, knowledge and expertise in the following domains are important.

• Cloud certification that will be considered: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS SysOps Administrator
• Expert-level skills in AWS/Azure administration and experience with cloud development and DevOps practice (Atlassian, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, CI/CD, etc.)
• Expertise in designing and implementing solutions that run on AWS/Azure, including aspects like compute, network, storage, and security
• Enderstand AWS/Azure development and DevOps processes and tools
• Advanced-level skills for administering AWS/Azure
• Experience in implementing AWS/Azure solutions
• Advanced experience and knowledge of IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platform
• Advanced knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Server OS
• AWS/Azure scripting capabilities (e.g. PowerShell, Python, AWS CDK, Typescript)
• Knowledge in virtualization technologies
• Considered a plus: database administrator skillset
• Expertise in ITIL and service management tools

Experience

• Minimum 11 years of IT professional experience
• Minimum 11 years of experience in management of Windows Server OS
• Minimum11 years of experience in management of IT infrastructure
• Minimum 6 years of experience in management of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

Soft skills

• Team work skills
• Capacity to work in an international/multicultural environment
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills
• Competency to write clear and structured technical documents.
• Ability to work with imposed deadlines
• Ability to work independently on specific tasks while at the same time functioning as a member of a project team
• Languages: very good level of English is mandatory, a good level of French is a plus
