You will be based in our Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon or Wroclaw office as part of our Marketing & Sales Solutions teams globally.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be a senior figure and a core part of the MSS engineering organization. You will be accountable for full software lifecycle including activities from requirement analysis to design, development, implementation and support of the MSS DevOps team - tooling, DVM, infrastructure and MSS platform. You will be responsible for the close collaboration with the wider operational teams in MSS, FinOps, Support, Integrations and Security, working in a cross-functional fashion to achieve common objectives and goals.
You will also be accountable for driving the adoption of the DevOps platform across MSS, helping communicate it’s benefits, supporting developer advocacy and internal marketing and product management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ years of industry experience with significant recent experience in DevOps
  • Proven track record of delivering cloud native secure, data driven SaaS solutions on AWS/Azure
  • Significant experience of leading DevOps teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of modern day DevSecOps tooling and practices
  • Working knowledge of industry standard DevOps toolchains: CI/CD, Containers, Infrastructure As Code and Cloud Native architectures
  • Heavily focused on high-quality secure automation and "No-Ops" mindset
  • Comfortable with Bash/Python/Go
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and IT executives on technology decisions
  • Excellent leadership skills and enjoys teaching/mentoring others
  • Ability to manage own learning and contribute to functional knowledge building
