Job Description

Location:any Sibelco European location such as Antwerp, Milan, Oslo, Bilbao, Sandbach, Ramensky


Reporting to:VP People & Organizational Development


Role Purpose:

This role will provide research-based best practices regarding classroom instructional technology, including preparing e-learning material and ensuring a digital inventory of all trainings and knowledge material of Sibelco.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all training through digital, electronic and print media to support the L&D team in the execution of the training.
  • Create effective, scalable, digital learning solutions which address group-wide employee capability gaps and equip the organisation with new knowledge.
  • Review and update digital learning content on an as needed basis ensuring that it is reflective of current business strategy, terminology.
  • Ensure qualitative and timely delivery of L&D related projects within predefined scope and budget.
  • Monitor group-wide digital learning standards and policies and ensure all knowledge and training material is digitally stored.
  • Run demos of the system and provide training to individuals and/or users groups.

About you:

  • At least 3 years of similar experience in Learning and Development.
  • Experience working with eLearning and blended learning programs, using authoring and visual design tools.
  • Previous LMS experience, including exposure to different software applications and digital learning technologies.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and pro-active.
