Job Description:

As a Digital Marketer for the Spanish brand of the Starcasino Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences, develop messaging, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Native Spanish speaker with knowledge of French or Dutch is a must, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Identify target audiences and develop messaging that resonates with them
  • Manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and affiliate networks
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI by analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive conversions
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms to increase engagement and build brand awareness
  • Work with other teams, such as CRM and product development, to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Native Spanish with knowledge of French or Dutch language is a must, proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and affiliate networks
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with email marketing and social media content creation
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
