As a CRM & Digital Marketeer, you oversee our client’s digital content and play an important role in acquiring traffic and leads via our digital channels.

About The Job

  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage digital traffic acquisition strategy
  • Lead the development of the CRM strategy and its implementation.
  • Create a comprehensive plan for effective CRM communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive database growth and optimize customer data to enhance insights and segmentation.
  • Improve customer lifetime value through personalized experiences and product recommendations.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure proper alignment on campaigns, communication and content
  • Evaluate and report campaign success using various metrics
  • Maintain and improve our company websites and e-shop
  • Manage brand communication on social media
  • Follow-up inbound leads and make sure sales reps take care of it

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in digital marketing or communication
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in the B2B sector
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Passion for social media & digital marketing (SEO, SEA, social media, UX and UI)
  • Strong business curiosity & willingness to learn about business
  • Relational skills & autonomy
  • Food and/or coffee lover
  • Interest in online content writing
  • Knowledge of design is preferred (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, Canva…)
  • Creativity
