Here’s your chance to take the fast track to start your career in Digital Marketing as we are looking for an Assistant trainee for our Communication and Marketing Services. Are you enthusiast, project-minded and want to integrate a team of experts in e-Business? Then this might be the right opportunity for you!

Your responsabilities

Personalized Consumer Experience:

  • Assist in managing the MadeWithNestlé newsletters; ensure coordination with the different brands to get the right
  • Content on time
  • Actively propose content, topics and layout for the newsletter
  • Support brands in the creation of their dedicated emailings
  • Update the CRM dashboard, analyze performances and make recommendations

Digital Marketing:

  • Daily follow up & Support the digital expert (Marketing Team)
  • Manage briefings between brand managers and agencies (campaign objectives, brand guidelines, timing…)
  • Coordinate & develop digital assets via our partner agencies (mailings, visuals, social posts, videos…)
  • Track and analyses performance of our digital campaigns and websites performance (Google Analytics) and make
  • Actionable recommendation
  • Track competition online activities
  • Active research of new trends in digital and feedback to the team
  • Assist in the creation of social listening dashboards for the brands

Internal trainings:

  • Assist with the organization of the Digital Academy and other digital events

What will make you successful

  • You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • You are a junior professional with a hands-on approach, eager to get a first working experience in an eBusiness environment, Startup mindset
  • You are flexible and autonomous
  • Digital and FMCG - interested
  • You have some project management skills
  • Strong social skills, daring to challenge others with an open and commercial mindset
  • You are multitasks and see things in perspective
