Je verantwoordelijkhedenWith your strong analytical skills, you create insights into the connection between assortment choices, customer satisfaction & overall profitability. You collaborate with the E-Commerce Product Team & the E-Commerce operational teams to develop & execute the E-Commerce assortment/product strategy. You report to the Senior Merchandising Manager.Category Management – Vision & Strategy.You create and define a customer-centric category management approach for E-Commerce.You translate the global E-commerce vision and strategy into the daily management of categories. According, define and execute a long-term E-Commerce category development plan.Category Management – Sales Growth.You drive sales growth through active contribution to the commercial plan, category-level initiatives & collaboration with internal & external stakeholders. You actively take part in strategic meetings of filières and make sure E-Commerce is represented and integrated. Integrate weekly global E-Commerce initiatives into the Delhaize consumer plan, always keeping customer-centricity in mind.Category Management – Operational Excellence. You ensure operational excellence through the definition of a common roadmap, clear processes & cross-departmental collaboration, and always putting the customer at the heart of every decision. You network and collaborate regularly with internal E-Commerce stakeholders to align on customer-centric priorities, goals, and targets for Delhaize. Together, continuously work towards improving customer satisfaction (via better assortment, stock management, etc).Je profiel
  • Master’s degree in business, applied economics, or equivalent through experience
  • Experience in category management, assortment management, and food retail are a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Structured and organized
