eCommerce B2C DTC manager
Your Mission :
The eCommerce B2C DTC manager is responsible for the continuous optimization of the B2C eBoutiques’ performance and operations to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets.
He/She is responsible of the delivery in time and quality of the entire eCommerce projects and campaigns portfolio, from new features and services deployment (in close collaboration with the eCommerce Project Coordinator to align) to global and local campaigns definition and planning, and does so by managing the project execution through the eCommerce DTC team but as well by establishing / ensuring efficient ways of working with all the different market’s functions and channels (CRC / Trade / F&C / SC / Marketing / CRM / etc.) supported by the eCommerce Project Coordinator.
He/She is responsible for the definition of both user experience and eMerchandising A/B test hypothesis and scenarios (by analyzing Customer, Web Analytics and CRM Insights data) to improve the eCommerce channel new member acquisition, sales performance. He/She has to ensure with the eCommerce Project Coordinator that we keep high level for the customer satisfaction scores.
Your Responsabilities :
- Act as the eCommerce representative in all global and local projects’ definition within her/his scope and planning initiatives to ensure the efficacy and consistency of all experiences delivered on digital boutiques.
- Responsible for monitoring channel performance progress vs targets, with strong focus on sales performance, behavioral funnel analysis and customer satisfaction/NPS.
- Manage the eCommerce DTC team members and plan their activities according to the defined OP and OMP.
- Define, Plan & Activate eMerchandising activities through cross-sell, up-sell & eCRM possible strategies
- Coordinate the definitions and integration of all customer journeys, product launches and digital campaigns into the content management system (copy, visuals, banners...) for both global and local campaigns.
- Manage the yearly plan execution in cooperation with local and HQ eCommerce teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out.
- Define data driven A/B Test hypothesis for Online Customer Journeys and eMerchandising aimed at maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
- Share best practices, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of tomorrow’s next generations of eCommerce solutions.
- Monitor local eCommerce market’s standards and innovations to ensure our eCommerce Channel is at or exceeds the best customer experiences.
Your Profile :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the management of E-Commerce &/or Website development.
- Proven success in online sales development (E-commerce)
- Proven experience with SEO (Search engine optimization) and SEA (search engine advertising) techniques
- Strong commercial acumen
- People Management experience
- B2C e-commerce experience
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree in digital, commercial or business a related field.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS & photoshop tools
- Strong experience in Webmastering / eCommerce platforms management (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
- Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
- Proven track-record in delivering end to end user experiences in a digital context
- Able to work under pressure· Accuracy and reliability
- Dutch and/or French and fluent in English mandatory
