Are you an experiencedeCommerce Specialist with a first experience in operating with marketplaces such as Amazon, Mercateo, ... and willing to dive into the analyics to provide recommendations?

Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Specialist Marketplaces based in Brussels!

Your mission

Reporting to the International Ecommerce Key Account Manager EMEA, the eCommerce Specialist Marketplaces role is to actively contriubute to Ansell’s growth in marketplaces such as Amazon, Mercateo and others.
He/She will operate these platforms on a day to day basis to ensure Ansell products are accurately listed, priced, and marketed, with the objective of generating sales, enhacing product ranking and increasing brand visibility.

What would your role look like?

• You will lead catalogue build out and product information uploading: product title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, cross-sell feeds, etc..
• You Perform ongoing detailed maintenance of listings, correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc. You ensure Ansell assets are appropriately refreshed.
• You monitor orders placed by the marketplace to improve order fulfillment by checking product availability and order volumes.
• You track and manage the platform tickets, closely collaborate with Customer Service and Credit & Collection to identify the claims root issues and help resolve them.
• You work with the Marcom team members to ensure international translations are created where needed to support ecommerce initiatives.
• You closely collaborate with regional Digital Marketing to implement timely and accurately promotional calendars aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversions.
• You monitor and analyse product performance reports (stock availability, nr of visits, weekly sales, margins, …). and provide recommendations to the Ecommerce Key Account Manager.
• You evaluate customer reviews to address concerns by amending descriptions, adjusting keywords, coordinating the creation of additional product or marketing content
• You collect competition presence and activity insights.
• You identify and implement process improvements to increase your efficiency, decrease manual work, reduce quality issues, and enhance the customer experience.
• You grow a strong knowledge of the eCommerce Marketplaces space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research and industry trends.
• You support the International eCommerce Key Account Manager with ad hoc requests when needed.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Merchandising or Business
• 3 years in eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, or any other related field, within an international manufacturing company.
• Experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce Marketplaces platforms, especially Amazon.
• Computer literate in Outlook, Word and Power Point, good Excel skills
• English fluent, German and French are an asset
