???? Job Description

As the Embedded Software Test Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded software components within our automotive products.

You will lead a team of dedicated software test engineersand collaborate closely with software development teams to define test strategies and test plans.

For this role you will directly report to the Embedded Software Cluster leader and work together, through minimum 40% on-site presence in our headquarter.

????Responsabilities

  • Test Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive test strategies for embedded software in automotive applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed test plans, including test objectives, scope, resources, and timelines
  • Test Case Design:Lead the design and documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test procedures ensuring required requirements coverage
  • Test Execution: Oversee the execution of software tests, both automated and manual, to verify functionality, performance, and safety
  • Defect Management: Identify, track, and report software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them
  • Test Automation: Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of software test engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality testing outcomes

???? Required Qualifications

  • Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent through experience
  • 5+ years Embedded software development experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of best practices for SW V-cycle requirement generation / design / code / build / deploy / test / release cycles
  • Experience with industry tools for requirements, V&V, and configuration management
  • Strong communication skills, combined with thorough understanding of product development
  • Ability to operate independently, taking proactive actions and autonomous decision making
  • Experience with ASPICE, ISO26262 & ISO21434 SW development standards
  • Background in the automotive sector is a plus
  • Willing to travel to our different development locations occasionally
