For our European headquarters in Geel, we are looking for a European Sales Manager Bike/Cycling with Experienced in this sector!!
This is to give the Pearl Izumi brand more visibility on the European market.

Job Title: European Sales Manager Bike
Job discription
As European Sales Manager Bike you will be at the head of this department/brand, and you will be responsible for:
- Achieving growth of Pearl Izumi’s current market share in Europe.
- Contact with key accounts, large customers and ensure a professional relationship building and order handling.
- Maintaining existing relationships and expanding new customers.
- Setting up and supervising a sales team within Europe
- Actively participate in international trade fairs and events.
- Because of the above points you will also travel within Europe to build and maintain these relationships.
- Staying abreast of the latest trends in the market and communicating these back to the organization. You will report to the CEO-USB Europe.
- Own input is therefore definitely appreciated. You are actively involved in improvement projects.
| WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Profile
- Experience within the Cycling environment, knowledge of the sport and the product => VERY IMORTANT!
- Experience with B2B sales on a European level and managing a sales team.
- You are communicative, work accurately and think problem-solving.
- A higher degree in your pocket (minimum bachelor level) or comparable
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, other languages are a plus
- Social, enthusiastic person who thinks Out of the box & can be innovative.
- Experience with leading projects and bearing ultimate responsibility
- Flexible attitude and likes to work independently and result oriented.
