Function

TML Ghent is looking for a driven execution transport planner (2 shifts) who will be responsible for the real-time logistical coordination and execution of received transport orders. You are responsible for the administration and planning of shuttle journeys for the automotive business.

Your duties:

  • Order registration : process transport orders in the company computer system.
  • Dispatching: constant communication with drivers and colleagues.
  • Customer contact: inform customers about shipment progress.
  • Solve operational problems.
  • Ensure a seamless administrative follow-up of transport orders and customer file.

What we expect from you:

  • You are willing to work in 2 shifts (7h-15h and 12h-20h) with a rotating system for permanence.
  • You are preferably (recently) graduated in logistics management.
  • Administrative challenges do not scare you off.
  • Communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Dynamic team player with strong social skills who dares to stand their ground.
