About the Role:

The Field Sales Analyst (FSA) supports the National Field Sales Manager (NFSM), the Field Sales Managers (FSM) & the Regional Sales Representatives (RAR) in the implementation of the commercial strategy with a clear focus on the operational & technical side by providing in depth fields KPI’s analysis & by managing third parties (merchandising, field events, etc.)

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

  • The analysis of the field KPI’s dashboard & reports
  • The company store-check dashboard (Perfect Store)
  • POSM Management
  • The ad-hoc analysis & reporting
  • CRM tool management (maintenance & improvements)

Management of the merchandising activities

  • Contact with external partners & day-to-day follow-up
  • Preparation of briefings
  • Tracking of merchandising activities
  • Make recommendations for the future merchandising approach

Budget management

  • Ensure accurate budget management & follow-up according to the guidelines
  • Budget tracking & reporting

Project management

  • Improve the current dashboards and develop new ones in function of business needs
  • Support & enable the implementation of new tools for the field teams
  • Lead the implementation of new process flows: e.g. sales forecasting tool approach
  • Translate business needs into tangible data: e.g. new check-out approach

Administration

  • Full management of the purchasing process (PR, PO)
  • Events organization (booking, etc.)
  • Field logistics – e.g. tracking of stock management (warehouse, depots)

Support to the FSMs

  • Team trainings for the RAR on field tools (e.g. CRM, reporting dashboards)
  • Support in the presentation for the field meetings

Who we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in economics, management or marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Structured way of working & good priority setting skills
  • Critical thinking & Problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting and controlling principles
  • Autonomous & pro-active
  • MS office management skills (good Excel knowledge)
  • Very good knowledges of French, Dutch & English
