Field Services Engineer (M/F/X)

Your profile:

As a Field Services Engineer, your tasks are as follows:

You will be happy to advise customers on the optimization of systems, as well as on repairs, parts and contracts;

You will be responsible for detecting and resolving faults at the customer’s premises, as well as commissioning and testing refurbished and/or new machines;

You will be responsible for the preparation of service reports;

You participate in a 24-hour service, always in consultation with the planning department;

Your profile:

You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in electromechanics, electronicor equivalent experience;

You have a first experience in a travelling function;

You make customersatisfaction and efficiency your priority;

You work independently, nevertheless the team remains very important to you;

You are fluent inEnglish.
