For one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Finance Business Partner in Asse:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the performance of the Strategy, Business Development & Real Estate department, including budgeting, cost control, monthly closing, financial impact analysis of investment decisions, and data communication.
  • Challenging departments on cost evolution and proposing improvements for an efficient and profitable organization.
  • Participating in Credit Management activities, analyzing the financial health of affiliates, credit line evaluation, bad debt assessment, etc.
  • Developing, improving, and supporting analysis tools for the Strategy, Business Development & Real Estate department.
  • Participating in the construction of the 3-year financial plan for capex.
What we’re looking for:The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in finance/economics and at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant financial role. You speak English fluently as well as French and Dutch (professional proficiency). You have excellent communication skills, you can take initiatives, are flexible, rigorous, proactive and curious. You have an ability to work independently in a demanding environment. You have excellent Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
