About Our Client

The organization, leader in its market, based in Brussels wants to grow their Financial Planning & ReportingTeam. The Financial Analyst role has direct impact on the development and the financial and commercial success of the company.

Job Description

The Financial Analyst, directly reporting to the FP&A Manager, acts as real Business Partner, collaborating with the finance and the operations teams, giving insights on the business and supporting the management in the decision making.

  • Financial analysis with reporting towards the management on business performances, recommendations for improvement and valuation processes
  • P&L management and reporting
  • Business & operations controlling
  • Management of the budget, forecast and long term business plans
  • Variance analysis with reporting on expected progress and outcomes to the Board and / or internal stakeholders
  • Continuous process improvement (on data gathering, financial analysis, reporting, tools, ...)

The Successful Applicant

as part of the FP&Ateam, the Financial Analystwill play a central role in the reporting of accurate data and recommendations.

As such, the right candidate will gather a certain expertise :

  • Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting - or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of experience
  • You have excellent command in English and French and/or Dutch
  • You have experience with Power BI, Excel, ERP, ...
  • You are analytic and are able to translate complex financial data into business insights
  • You are open and flexible
  • You are driven and self determined
