A company active in the industrial sector is currently looking to hire a Financial Controller to join their offices in the Flemish Brabant.

Your main responsibilities as the new Financial Controller will include:

  • Work in close collaboration with the accounting manager
  • Help on the periodic closings (monthly-quarterly-yearly)
  • Supervise and monitor the intercompany reconciliations
  • Assemble and review the annual budget, consolidate the monthly and quarterly reports
  • Draw-up KPIs
  • Reconcile forecast versus actuals with regards to treasury on a monthly basis
  • Take the lead in various internal improvement projects
  • SAP Key User

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in Accounting
  • You have a first experience in accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial controlling
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, knowledge of English is a plus

Your strengths:

  • You are familiar with SAP as well as reporting tools
  • You are organised, methodical and you are able to take initiative
  • Through your previous experience you have built a knowledge of taxation
