The Most Important Contribution You Make To The Team

As Forecasting and Replenishment Manager, you are responsible for high impact projects and operations within the commercial organization. You will be coordinating with local and international teams to find, prioritize and execute improvements in the current demand planning process and tools. The additional tasks and activities have been outlined below.

Tasks And Activities
  • You are going to steer sales and stock planning processes across functions and ensuring alignment with company targets (in collaboration with all relevant departments);
  • You are going to improve forecasting and replenishment processes in the Benelux;
  • You will be resonsible for the improvement of order parameters and other data inputs to the system through process development and increased awareness in the organization;
  • You will lead high impact projects within the commercial organization with high visibility and facetime with C-Level Executives (some examples include S&OP Cycle and Promotional Forecasting);
  • You will design and execute category based replenishment strategies for improved availability.
Profiel kandidaat

You Are

An analytical and structured thinker. You are proactive and solution-oriented. You unite data with business processes. You are good with data and know how to combine data from different sources, into data products that can be implemented in a scalable way to support business processes. In addition, you are a real team player with excellent social and communication skills. You like to take charge and are not afraid to show your leadership qualities. You do not wait, but show initiative which makes not only you but also the company grow! You can cut through knots where necessary. Taking decisions comes naturally to you.

What You Have To Offer
  • Bachelor in business administration, engineering or other relevant studies;
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or consultancy with considerable experience in demand planning, supply chain management or procurement functions;
  • Language: English is a must, Dutch is a plus;
  • Analytical and structured thinker, hands-on mentality;
  • Ability to lead others, clear in communication and strong business storytelling skills;
  • Can handle quickly shift focus between topics;
  • Resourceful and able to access and make information meaningful easily;
  • Outstanding Excel skills; ability to build and maintain data models and complex dynamic tools;
  • Coding skills will be preferred;
  • Experience with Python or R will be preferred.
