ProjectAs a Global UX/UI designer - Search, you are at the forefront of designing the excellent best possible Search experience for DARWIN Neo, our e-com platforms, the key digital transformation project within the company.You understand who our users are, their abilities, their preferences and let them easily search and browse our web platforms within the technical constraints and the boundaries of the project.With your pixel-perfect design, based on our Design System and branding strategy, you support the validation, analyses and development of the total online e-com experience; a global solution with regional flavoring.You propose solutions to problems based on research: desktop research, research repositories, sparring with other designers. Holistically and heuristically, you analyze design proposals and improvements and can prioritize them in terms of delivery and impact. If, after consideration and validation, the proposed best-in-class solution is put on the UX backlog and prioritized and you work out a new solution that fits the constraints and prioritisation.The second part of the Search-movie we are creating is conceptualizing what the northstar Search & Browse experience in our content-rich environments and digital touchpoints is. How should our user be able to search&browse and find our products, services, solutions. Be a challenger of the data team, the business, the delivery team, by designing that best-in-class experience to facilitate storytelling, alignment, validation.You master Figma as if it were an extension of yourself. Frames, auto-layouts, component building, various plugins… none of it have secrets for. And if they do, you research the possibilities and share experiences and insights with the desigProfielVisual design wizard or mage (UX/UI)
  • Design-experience: min 6 years (medior-senior)
  • Industry-experience: ○ B2B ○ e-commerce
  • Platform ○ Responsive Desktop Design ○ (Desktop first)
  • Tooling: ○ Mad crazy Figma skills (Design) ○ Guitarhero-like finger-picking Zeroheight skills (Design System) ○ Abstract translate and concept storyteller
  • Communication: ○ Main working language: English ○ Confident to pitch design choices to the international stakeholders
