Your role

  • Belgian organization, with international entities.
  • Production company, that takes sustainability to the heart.

Your role

  • You are responsible for the local HR management of a production site of over 600 people.
  • You lead a transformation project.
  • You supervise and coach a team of 3 HR professionals.
  • As a partner for the business, you counsel (line) managers, and you engage them to apply the HR policies.
  • You chair the syndical delegation and maintain close contact with them.
  • You are a member of the Management Team.

Your profile

  • You have a relevant background in a general HR Manager position.
  • You have proven experience in leading transformation projects.
  • You have a strong knowledge of the Belgian social legislation.
  • You have an inspiring vision on HR, and you are able to provide leadership.
  • You possess strong people management and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.

  • Contract type: freelance (HR interim management)
  • Work regime: 4 or 5 days
