YOUR ROLE

  • You manage the learning & development needs for a large transformation project.
  • You are responsible for the day-to-day coordination of a team of recruiters and learning and development professionals.
  • You define the recruitment strategy and develop a successful candidate experience.
  • You develop actions on the employer branding.
  • You have attention to the learning experience and the ROI of training programs.
  • You are responsible for the talent review process
  • You make sure there is a follow-up on the KPIs and the project.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a proven track record in talent & development management.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You have preferably experience with evidence-based approach
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 5 days a week
  • Location: Mechelen
