Freelance Project Engineer Lead

Location: Pelt

Function

Leads the engineering team (Project Engineer(s), Technical Designer(s), Technical Support Engineer(s), Project Engineering Technician(s)).

The goal of the engineering team is to deliver technical processes for new products within the agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and coach team members
  • Coordinate activities and set priorities when needed
  • Monitor internal planning
  • Responsible for selection, procurement, management, and continuous improvement of machines, including related procedures & documentation, User Requirement Specifications, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests
  • Support the Project Department in cost calculations and line layout
  • Build and maintain internal and external networks
  • Responsible for Project Engineering reporting

Profile

  • Master’s degree in a technical field
  • Language skills: Dutch and English (excellent)
  • Experience with production processes
  • Possesses leadership skills
  • Experience with packaging machinery
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of cGMP
  • Coaching skills
  • Helicopter view
  • Organizational sensitivity
  • Problem analysis
  • Conceptual thinking
